Rahul is also closely connected with global developments in the composite industry and has leveraged his expertise to bring cutting-edge solutions to his customers. As the Director of Polyplast, Rahul Shah is a visionary leader who has transformed the company into a premier provider of advanced plastic and composite solutions.

Mr. Amol Palve brings in a wealth of experience, having lived, studied and worked across the globe. Mr. Palve joined us from Skyi (Real Estate) Developers, where he was the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Skyi, Mr. Palve was head of Capital Investments at Nouryon’s Polymer Catalyst business. Previously, at AkzoNobel, he held various positions including heading regional organization, managing a global engineering outsourcing partnership and leading operational improvement programs at various sites across the world. Mr. Palve started his career in research and development at DSM Research in the Netherlands. Mr. Palve has an Executive Education (GMP) from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA, Master of Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Pune University, India.

Mr. Vishalsinh Parmar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICmai). He is also a Member of Independent Director’s Data Bank of Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). He has completed Bachelor’s from Maharaja Sayajirao University & earned his Master’s degree from Sardar Patel University. Mr. Vishal has around 15 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Commercial, Management Accounting, Costing and Secretarial Functions. He has been associated with the Company since 2017.

Pradeep Thorat is having proficiency of 28 years in the Composite segment. He has done Graduation in Chemical Engineering & Master’s in Human Resource Management as well as diplomas in Industrial Management and Financial Management. Pradeep is a Certified Lead Auditor for Integrated Management System (IMS) i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 and for IATF 16949. He was on Technical Committee “CED 50” of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for the standards, IS 12709 & IS 14402. Before joining us, he worked in MNCs like Amiantit, 3 B Fibreglass, Mahindra CIE, ICPL, SINTEX BAPL, WELSPUN, Vedanta as well as worked in Oman. Pradeep is Conversant with processes / products like HL, VIP, LRTM, Roto, Blow & Compression molding, SMC, DMC, HFW, CFW, Pultrusion, Fibreglass extrusion, Solvent extraction, different types of Glassfibre & Resin. Successfully executed few Greenfield as well as Orange field Projects
