The bottom of the priming tower features a 12 mm thick ECTFE (HALAR) lining for the fertiliser industry. Ammonium sulphate rocks fall from a height of 30 meters onto the lowest cone. Halar exhibits outstanding corrosion and abrasion resistance.
The only project in India that calls for 12 mm Halar to line the prilling tower. The Halar sheets are tightly fastened to the stainless steel substrate using mechanical methods. Additionally, the bottom cone's enormous size (8500 mm in diameter and 6500 mm in height) has made it state-of-the-art for any halar liner ever completed.
